Funkmaster Flex as you know isn't only a world reknowned MC but he is also an influential figure in the automotive street scene. We all watch him in SpikeTV and of course in Ride with Funkmaster Flex. He founded Team Baurtwell, a phat custom car club famous for their outrageous custom rides. Flex also puts an annual touring car show, the Funkmaster Flex Celebrity Car Show Tour, which includes stars like DMX, Wyclef and many others.

Ford recognized the street cred and invited Flex to conceptualize a limited-production, short wheelbase, baller Ford Expedition.

The Expedition FMF sports a red and black paint scheme with orange pinstriping and special chrome badging. The front fascia consists of integrated fog lamps, side skirts, rear faschia and 20-inch chrome-clad aluminum wheels.

Inside, a matching Colorado Red instrument panel, console bezel, shifter and switch bezels blend with four leather captains chairs with red stitching, FMF red logo headrests and a red-stitched steering wheel. Rounding out the package is Sirius satellite radio and an exclusive numbered dash plaque signed by Funkmaster Flex.

The Expedition FMF Edition also sports a 340-watt Audiophile Sound System, MP3 player audio jack, Powerfold third-row seating, heated and cooled front seats and an optional navigation system, power liftgate and rear-seat DVD entertainment system.

King of Bling!

Seems my man D-Wade isn't just collecting MVP awards and NBA trophies. Last year he won the title "King of Bling" at the 3rd Annual GM All-Car Showdown in L.A. for his oh so sweet bling ride 2006 HUMMER H2 SUT.

Hosting the show is his Miami Heat co-superstar Shaq Diesel who hosted the event for the third consecutive year. Our boy is all smiles proud with the recognition of his beloved vehicle. The event is actually a part fund-raiser for different charity foundations and a $2,500 donation was to be made in each celebrities name to the charity of their choice and a $10,000 donation to the Dwayne Wade Foundation in his name. So not only that Dwayne spends his cash on flashy rides but he also shares his blessings to charity. Here's to more success for D-Wade and hope he wins the award again this year. AYT?

LOWRIDAZ : Doggy Style

Snoop Dogg has been a figure of influence in the world of hip hop since he emerged from the streets of Long Beach in '93. A member of a local "crips" gangs Snoop was hustlin' and struggling his way out of the streets. With the emergence of west coast heroes N.W.A., Snoop used gangsta rap as a means of salvation from the life of crime. Dr. Dre instantly recognized the talent of the young rapper and gave Snoop the biggest break of his life, a collaboration in Dre's album The Chronic. Snoop then released Doggystyle, his debut album that catapulted him to stardom. Writing and producing Grammy nominated songs and platinum albums thru his career, Snoop Doggy Dog is now a definite icon in rap music.

A long time fan of lowriders, as mostly seen in his videos, Snoop keeps it real when it comes to his automobiles. Being a thug from the street, the O.G. opts to customize his lowrides with street sensibility rather than going for flashy car show looks.
